What to do in case of an Emergency

1.  Remain calm.

2.  Please phone ahead so that we may assist you in handling your situation and allow us to be prepared for your pet's arrival.

3.  Follow instructions carefully.

4.  Be careful.  When injured or ill, even a loving pet may bite.
