Meet a few of the team members of Palmetto Animal Clinic

Linda:

Front Desk Staff Member

Linda has recently retired but occasionally fills in at the clinic, so you may still see her around. Linda is an Ohio native who has been at Palmetto Animal Clinic since 2005.  She has always had a love for all animals and has volunteered for different animal rescue groups.  Her interests include walking, hiking, exploring the outdoors, reading, travel and baseball (she is a NY Yankees fan).  She met her husband Bill in Florida and they are the proud owners their kitty Rusty.  One of the items on her bucket list is to go on an African Safari.

Cathy:

Cathy has worked at Palmetto Animal Clinic since the fall of 2020 and Veterinary / Clinic medicine has been her career.  She has recently retired to part time but when you walk in the front door you will always see a giant smile from Cathy along with a sincere greeting.   

Susan:

Susan has been working at Palmetto Animal Clinic since 2006. She is an animal lover of all types, and has 2 doggies that are her loyal and loving companions. 

Ros:

Ros has worked in the Veterinary field since 2004 and currently fills in once in a while. She was originally born in Illinois but was raised most of her life here in  Florida, and is a proud mother and Mimi.  Also an avid Rays fan....Go Rays!

Janis:

Front desk Staff Member:

Janis has recently retired and occasionally you will see her around the clinic to help fill in at the front desk. Janis met her husband at Florida State and have lived in Palmetto for 35 yrs.  She enjoys boating and being anywhere on or in the water.

Paula:

Certified Veterinary Technician

Paula went back to school at an older age in life at the encouragement of her niece Janna to obtain a degree as a Certified Veterinary Technician.  She graduated from St. Pete College in 2008 Magna Cum Laude, obtained a degree as a Certified Veterinary Technician.  After Janna’s death in 2007 she is very involved in maintaining the Janna Shuman Memorial Scholarship a scholarship set up in her memory for Veterinary Technicians attending the program at St. Pete College.  Money is raised by holding bi-annual yard sales at the clinic on her birthday in September and Paula's birthday in April.  Click here to view. Janna's Facebook Scholarship page. 

Beth Davis

Front desk Staff Member

Beth is from Ohio and has had many unique years in the Veterinary field.  A mother of twins and loves to needle point. Although Beth loves all creatures she has an special place in her heart for Golden Retrievers.

Taylor:

Veterinary Assistant - Certified Veterinary Technician in Training

Taylor has been working as a Veterinary Assistant and Kennel staff member since 2018 and is currently pursuing her Certification in the Veterinary Technician program

Estefanie 

Certified Veterinary Technician 

Estefanie has been working with Palmetto Animal Clinic as a Veterinary Assistant and Kennel Staff member since the fall of 2019.  She is has recently became 

Megan:

Certified Veterinary Technician

Megan has been working at Palmetto Animal Clinic since 2015.  As a Certified Veterinary Technician and Kennel staff she has a strong sense of dedication to her patients and fellow co-workers.  

Kat

Veterinary Assistant

Kat is currently in Veterinary Technician school.  She has a mini zoo at her home, in which she has multiple species.
